- Developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

Proficient in HR data analysis and reporting, including headcount management, organogram design, budget forecasting, and benefits analysis. Collaborated with regional HR teams for detailed headcount reports and ensured accurate budget allocation for compensation and benefits.
- Analysed report from mercer to evaluate the feasibility of implementing an affiliate.
Planning and Reporting:
- Led strategic organizational restructuring and provided business-aligned HR solutions, driving improved operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with corporate objectives. Collaborated with senior leadership in APAC to align HR strategies with business growth targets.
- Developed, upgraded, and implemented HR policies and guidelines to an acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR operations within the company.
- Challenging managers for annual target achievements. Identify gaps and assist from the HR aspect in achieving goals established in the planning exercises.
- Ensure completion of mandate training, bi-yearly goal set up, and wrap-up action.
- Having experience in HR key measurements required for merger and acquisition.
- Led initiatives to foster employee engagement and development, including overseeing the Employee Voice Survey and implementing actionable development plans. Collaborated with leadership team for succession planning and talent management.
Compliance:
- Ensures basic HR controls and compliance requirements are met.
- Manage and implement corporate policy and process improvement for Elanco Animal Health.
- Ensured adherence to national labor laws, compliance requirements, and corporate policies. Managed legal matters including labor disputes, contract renewals, and health insurance negotiations, collaborating with regional legal heads to resolve court cases efficiently.
Payment Process:
- Ensure timely and compliant vendor payment process aligned with relevant policies and procedures. It also covers salary payments to employees.
Business Decision support:
- Participate in business development discussions and prepare incentive schemes as guided by global.
- Worked closely with the regional Compensation and Benefits team to run surveys, make action plans, and execute accordingly.
- Expertise in HR aspects during the acquisition, divestment, and dissolution of the company.
Audit:
- Comply with all local financial statutory requirements. Liaison with External auditor with all HR documents needed to finalize external audit.
- Provident fund, Gratuity fund, and worker profit participation funds management, investment process of those funds and distribute accordingly. Also, do the yearly audits of these funds, ensuring all changes are reflected in the audit outcomes declared by the government.
Tax:
- Ensure timely submission of personal returns by employees and timely submission of all tax-related documents to NBR.
