I’m highly organised and self-driven individual, passionate about developing my career in the field of Management as a Program Officer. My commitment can be gauged from the fact that I am an accredited holder of an master’s degree with Management as specialization from Eden Mohila College.

Possessing more than 6 years of experience of working in different positions with multiple organizations. I have gained an extensive insight within this field. My key management and business administration include, but are not limited to maintaining program operations, managing budgets, risk assessments and program strategy reviews. 

Also, I am worked with Bangladesh Society for the Enforcement of Human Rights (BSEHR), where I worked in Bangladesh Counter Trafficking in Persons (BC-TIP) Program which was funded by USAID. I am accountable for leading the district level team of 4 Program Officers and working with Court and Police Station and also worked for legal case management and follow-up mechanism for trafficking in persons cases. Also carrying out a wide range of programmatic process. During the course of my career, I have gained an understanding of program operations and have also been effective in explaining complex information in a comprehensive manner.

I am an accomplished communicator with excellent organizational, decision making and time management skill and have a proven track record of consistently meeting and regularly surpassing demanding performance goals. Proactive, innovative and highly influential. I am seeking a challenging but rewarding position, which is why I was naturally drawn to this exciting opportunity.
