About Tawhid Binshawkat:

As an Operations Head I am organizing, controlling, processing and utilizing all resources; including human, machine, material and method. I am experienced in overseeing training and development of cross-functional teams, daily production rate, work assignments, estimation, and scheduling. Skilled in process development task and new plant installation, mechanical and construction project organizing, preventative maintenance and ERP operation. Special strength in mechanical engineering, process cost control, process cost reduction and wastage material recycle and reuse.
