Responsibilities & Context

Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and budgetary constraints.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and vendors.

Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and favorable pricing.

Evaluate and onboard new vendors, conducting due diligence to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements.

Monitor vendor performance, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high-quality service delivery.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, including terms and conditions, pricing, and service level agreements.

Analyze supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies throughout the procurement process.

Assess and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, including supplier reliability, quality issues, and geopolitical factors.

Implement measures to enhance procurement transparency and accountability.

Lead and mentor the procurement team, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and development.
