    Description

    Responsibilities & Context

    Develop marketing strategy for traditional media, social & digital networks by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.

    Develop and monitor campaign budgets.

    Plan and execute SMS, email, social media, newspaper, TV, and display advertising campaigns.

    Design, build, improve, and maintain our social media presence.

    Create and nurture the company's public relations through various media including newspaper, TV, radio, digital, etc.

    Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.

    Measure and report the performance of all traditional media and digital marketing campaigns and assesses performance against goals (ROI and KPIs).

    Build and improve the relationship with clients and partners.

    Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

    Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.

    Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

    Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels.

    Complete media and digital communications department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.

    Motivate media and digital marketing team to achieve their goals.

    Maintain a strong connection with print media, television, radio, and digital media's concern business & creative heads.

    Developing an inclusive strategic plan and strategy by collaborating with the leadership team, board, and executive.

    Analyzing market dynamics, market share changes, product line performance, and competitive intelligence.

    Identifying key capital projects, joint ventures, potential M&A targets, and other strategic partnership opportunities.

    Identifying strategic risks.

    Collaborating with leadership, special committees, and consultants to execute strategies.

    Communicating strategy effectively throughout the company.

    Ensuring suitable metrics are in place to measure performance and progress.

    Monitoring execution of business initiatives.
