✓Processing orders and transactions.
Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
✓Delivering information about a company's offerings.
✓Providing proactive customer outreach.
Handling customer complaints.
✓Collecting and analyzing customer feedback

*Educational Requirements:

1)Graduate or Undergraduate [Any discipline of College / University]

Experiences Required:

*Freshers & experienced both are encouraged to apply.

*Additional Requirements: 1) Communication skill in English language.
2) Basic computer knowledge.
