Job Description / Responsibility
Position Summary

We are seeking a competent, highly organized, and detail-oriented Secretary to Deputy Managing Director to provide high-level administrative, compliance, and corporate governance support.

The incumbent will assist in ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining corporate records, and coordinating board and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all applicable corporate laws and regulatory requirements
Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, and filings
Organize Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Annual General Meetings (AGM)
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions
Liaise with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders
Advise management on corporate governance and regulatory matters
Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory environment
Maintain company documentation and ensure timely reporting
Provide confidential administrative support to the Deputy Managing Director

Educational Requirements

Skills Required:
MS Office, Corporate Affairs, Corporate Communication, Bangla and English typing Skills, Deadline Driven

Experience Requirements
2 to 3 year(s)

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Training Institutes, Real Estate, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
Professional certification (ICSB / ICSA or equivalent) preferred
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication and organizational skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Must have excellent typing skills in English and Bangla
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
