As a Commis II, I have honed my skills in Cleanliness and Sanitation, Kitchen Assistance, and Ingredient Set-up. I have developed strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. My experience has taught me how to ensure that the kitchen is properly stocked and managed. I am also experienced in keeping the kitchen area in a neat and tidy condition. Furthermore, I learned to pay attention to the details of recipe instructions and ensure the accuracy of ingredient measurements.
Apart from my technical skills, I also possess strong strengths such as communication, planning and customer service. These skills have enabled me to give customers great experiences in the kitchen and resolve customer complaints effectively. Moreover, my planning skills have enabled me to stay organized while coordinating tasks and overseeing processes in the kitchen.
