I work independently and offer organizational standards and tools to my team. Experience

Current Employment: (November- 2021Till date) Counterpart International, Position: Admin & Finance Associate USAID’s PAR (Promoting Advocacy and Rights) Project in Bangladesh. I have taken these responsibilities as an Admin and Finance Associate: • Support program activity logistics, ensuring participants, trainers, consultants, and program staff have appropriate venues to participate in program events, foods, accommodation, travel arrangements, and needed supplies necessary. • Support to office assistant for management of office facilities. • Support procurement processes in compliance with Counterpart policies and USAID rules and regulations. • Assist to prepare the terms of reference for requisitions in coordination with the PAR technical teams. • Assist to office Assistant for stationary stock registers up-to-date and prepare purchase requests for replenishment. 2 of 4 • Support to PAR Admin Officer for service providers for the Counterpart office, negotiating and complying with the service contracts, and paying utilities bills. • Support to HR teams for HR needs including benefits administration, leave scheduling, timesheet, etc. • Ensure the smooth operation, use, maintenance, and monitoring of communications equipment (Laptops, Printers, Photocopier Machine, Scanner and Mobile Phones, etc.) • Filing vouchers and financial Documents, Payments vouchers, writing checks, handing over checks to vendors /suppliers. • Ensure updating of the list of telephone contacts. • Ensure project staff briefing on the operation and the terms of use of the media. • Assist in maintaining and updating project asset inventory and equipment’s. • Support to the PAR Team to prepare event and activity budgets. • Support to the PAR Team to support the implementation and documentation of the program events in Dhaka and subnational levels. • Support to PAR Admin Officer for Coordinate travel arrangements of PAR staff outside of Dhaka • Assist the Officer, HR, and Security Manager to carry out program and office administration activities as necessary, including but not limited to logistics, financial reporting, office management, recruitment, and auditing. • VAT Coupon Issue. • Voucher Check. • Petty cash registrar. • Voucher received and adjusted other documents in voucher. Logistic, Procurement and Asset Arrangement Support: • Have experience of preparing Vendor Contract or ICA as per company policy • Experience of Consultant hiring • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits • Collect and send invoices to appropriate department • Maintaining the procurement policy from Preparing the PR then RFQ or RFP then do Bid Analysis and Finally Prepare PO. Program Support: • Coordinate program activity logistics, ensuring participants, trainers, consultants and/or program staff have appropriate venues to participate in program events, accommodation, travel arrangements, and needed supplies necessary. • Actively involved in Visual Compliance Checking Means Vetting Check. • Coordinate travel arrangements of PAR staff outside of Dhaka including Booking flights, booking hotels, providing travel advances, • Individually worked on budget forecasting for administrative parts. Travel Arrangement: • Coordinate the travel arrangement for International Guests as per advice the traveler. Arrange of accommodation, vehicle, visa paper prepare, Air ticket everything • Make travel arrangement for the Counterpart staff as well as for the consultants

Education

EDUCATION Master of Business Administration in 2017, CGPA 3.06, (Held in 2018, result was published in 5th November 2019) Department of Accounting (Currently renamed as the Department of Accounting), National University of Bangladesh. Bachelor of Business Administration in 2016, CGPA 3.03, (Held in 2017, result was published in February 11 2018), Department of Accounting (Currently renamed as the Department Accounting), National of Bangladesh University
