    Description

    Saic Group, which is a well-known Private Sector Education Group, directly operates several Medical and Engineering Institutions all over Bangladesh. We are looking for an Assistant Executive/Executive - HR for Saic Group. The Assistant Executive/Executive - Human Resources assists the HR department in various administrative tasks and supports HR functions. They play a crucial role in maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, handling employee queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.

    Handle routine HR paperwork such as employment contracts, offer letters, and resign letters.Organize and maintain HR files and databases.

    Assist in scheduling interviews, meetings, and training sessions.Prepare HR-related reports as required by management.

    Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

    Conduct initial screenings of candidates and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.

    Assist in reference checks and background verification processes.

    Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

    Assist in employee onboarding and orientation activities.

    Assist in disciplinary procedures and grievance handling under the guidance of senior HR staff.

    Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
