I am an extrovert-type person. Because to me, talking & blending in with people and the different community helps to know more. So, when it comes to working, I enjoy my work to Communicating with People to understand them & provide them with the proper solution. When I was a student at College, I made my decision to choose the Path of Call Center & Customer Service Industry. My mind was set as I wanted to see myself at the top of this Industry. And thus the journey started in 2006.

I educate, refine & drive myself in the best possible ways I can, as I believe I am a constant learner & I focus on making the best decision for the Company & My Team. Most importantly I strongly believe in Team Work & bringing out the best solution for Teams Growth & Development because as the Team Grows Strong the Company Rises Stronger.

Though I am not a Digital Junkie or Tech Savvy, I do keep myself updated about most of the Major Business Apps & Software.

There is still yet more to learn, yet more problems to solve, yet more to build because I strongly know I still have a long way to go.

I possess 16 years of Call Center Experience and for the last 5 years, I am working with Solar. My previous designation was as Operations Manager for Soleil Inc. a DMV-based Solar Company where my journey was for 2 years and 4 months.
